Refurbishment Terms & Conditions
Ordering a Refurbishment
Orders will be considered once an enquiry is sent via the online form (above) OR email to sales@multilight.co.uk. A formal Quote will be sent to you and if accepted, JC Multilight require that you send the units in at your own cost, self-drop off or request for us to organise a courier. Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt.
Refurbishment Process
The following information will be required when returning your goods:
Delivery Documentation containing your quote Number, which will be provided.
List and description of goods to be returned
Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt.
Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance
Return to : JC Multilight, W11 Lenton Business Centre, Nottingham, NG7 2BD.
All sent units will be individually checked. Once the refurbishment is complete we will issue a report on the work carried out along with how many units have been successfully refurbished. A Proforma invoice for the work will be issued and goods will be sent back to you once payment is received at no additional carriage cost.
If any units are deemed to only need minor repairs, we will deduct an amount from the order when sending across the Proforma invoice (eg; the front lenses & seals in good working order so no requirements to replace).
If we are unable to repair a unit or replace parts to bring the unit to a satisfactory standard, we will scrap the unit and remove it from the Report/Proforma Invoice. On request, we can also return the scrapped unit to you at no additional cost.
We offer a 6 month guarantee on all repairs. If there are any faults other than battery usage discovered upon return, then we will honour our returns policy outlined under our damaged/faulty products section: https://www.multilight.co.uk/faq/
JC Multilight may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
The product you send is discontinued, not a JC Multilight product or no longer available.
Your account is on hold due to late payment.
You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
